Belcan are seeking a structured Minor Works Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of small-to-medium capital and operational projects across the regional estate. Based in Filton, the role requires 60-80% on site with occasional travel to Newport, South Wales.
You will manage end-to-end delivery from feasibility through design, procurement, construction and commissioning for multiple projects up to £100k, ensuring safety, budget, schedule and compliance with UK standards.
