Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Building Services – Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team based in Motherwell. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work on a variety of technically challenging building services projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.
As a Building Services – Senior / Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design solutions across a range of projects. You’ll produce detailed design deliverables including drawings, specifications and reports, complete site surveys, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient and compliant outcomes. You will also support project delivery, contribute to tender activity, and play a key role in mentoring early-career engineers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical excellence, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to influence project delivery while continuing to develop professionally within a supportive environment.
Key requirements and benefits:
