What You'll Do:
- Lead technical oversight of hydraulic systems including steering gear, cranes, winches, stabilisers, and deck machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system faults, driving preventative and corrective solutions.
- Act as the technical authority for hydraulic schematics, system upgrades, and modifications.
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and sea trials for new and upgraded systems.
- Ensure performance meets Class, statutory, and client standards.
Your Expertise:
- Strong background in high-pressure hydraulic and electrohydraulic systems.
- Fault finding (including servo proportional controls).
