Location: Lincoln (Hybrid Working)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours Monday to Thursday, 7 hours Friday)

Pay Rate: £22.50 - £28.00 PAYE | £30.41 - £37.85 Umbrella

Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Project Manager located in Lincolnshire, with opportunities for remote work. The Commercial Project Manager will oversee and manage the financial and contractual aspects of various projects.

Responsibilities include budgeting, financial reporting, contract management, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating project risks and financial data
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and present financial data effectively
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management, including cost control and forecasting
  • Understanding of contract management principles, including compliance and negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in energy or infrastructure projects is an advantage
