Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Welder to support fabrication and assembly activities on a major engineering programme based in Lincoln. This position involves high-quality welding of pipe assemblies and fabrications, working to strict industry standards and supporting wider build activities as required.
The Role
- Welding of pipe assemblies and fabrications to required standards, including special-order specifications.
- Completing Casing Build rectification work where required.
- Inspection of ALL manufactured welds to ensure full compliance and quality.
- Supporting pipefitting activities in line with departmental agreements.
- Performing tack welding to assist pipefitting work when appropriate.
- Working in accordance with WPS 4000, WPS 4001 and WPS 4002.
About You
- Proven welding experience within a fabrication, engineering or heavy-industry environment.
- Ability to work to defined welding procedures and specifications.
- Flexible to support additional pipefitting tasks.
- Strong quality focus with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, team-oriented and committed to safe working practices.
