Belcan are currently supporting one of the industry leaders across Engineering with their search for a Power Platform & Fabric Solutions Developer. As a Power Platform & Fabric Solutions Developer, you will design, build, and govern enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric stack. You will deliver Power BI and Fabric analytics, Dataverse-backed Canvas and Model-driven applications, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot Studio solutions for business stakeholders across LEPS Strategy & Transformation.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Developing Power BI semantic models, DAX measures, paginated reports, and governed workspaces.
- Building and managing Microsoft Fabric artefacts - Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, notebooks, and pipelines.
- Architecting Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
- Delivering Canvas Apps and Model-driven (Dynamics-style) Apps.
- Automating processes with Power Automate (cloud flows and, where required, desktop / RPA).
- Designing Copilot Studio agents and agentic AI workflows (topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources) integrated with Dataverse and SharePoint.
What qualifies you?
- Deep, hands-on expertise across Power BI (including Fabric data management), Power Platform (Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps), Power Automate, and Copilot Studio / Agentic AI.
- Strong understanding of solution ALM, environment strategy, and Entra ID-based governance.
- Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
What Steps are Next? Interview and a short Power Platform scenario exercise (Power BI / DAX, Dataverse modelling, and a Copilot Studio agent walkthrough). 5+ years' experience required.
