Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners in delivering effective and consistent HR processes across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a mix of administration, employee support, stakeholder engagement, and HR advisory responsibilities. Working within a busy HR function, you'll play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partners with annual HR campaigns including salary reviews, performance reviews, and bonus processes.
- Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions through HR systems, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain HR data and reporting, tracking key metrics such as absenteeism and headcount.
- Coordinate and prepare HR reviews, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
- Support employee relations activities including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and medical capability meetings.
- Assist with recruitment activities and process formal job offers.
- Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
About You
- Previous experience working within an HR environment is essential.
- Experience using Workday and/or SAP would be advantageous.
- Experience in HR administration, employee relations, absence management, and recruitment support.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently when required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
