Role Overview
We are looking for a Power BI Specialist to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality reporting solutions that support business decision‑making. You’ll work with Energy client on multiple data sources and stakeholders, delivering accurate, standardised, and insightful dashboards and KPI scorecards while helping to evolve reporting frameworks and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using data from SQL databases, dataflows, SharePoint, and other sources
- Build and maintain robust data models to support scalable and efficient reporting
- Manage and maintain KPI scorecards, ensuring alignment across all business levels
- Ensure reports are standardised, consistent, and aligned with agreed design and data quality principles
- Monitor and maintain existing reports, resolving issues and implementing enhancements
- Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and best practice standards
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across all reporting solutions
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience with Power BI, including report development, DAX, and data modelling
- Experience working with multiple data sources (SQL, dataflows, Excel, APIs, SharePoint)
- Good understanding of data transformation and ETL processes
- Proven ability to create clear, user-friendly dashboards and visualisations
- Experience managing KPI frameworks or scorecards (desirable)
