Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Site Coordinator to join a major onshore renewable energy project based in Able Seaton. Working closely with Site Management and project teams, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and coordination of site activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and maintaining excellent communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify and distribute project reports and site data.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and personnel movements for site teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and site personnel.
- Organise site meetings, prepare minutes and maintain project records.
- Manage administrative systems, databases and personnel documentation.
- Support purchase order creation and budget tracking where required.
- Maintain office supplies and general site administration activities.
- Promote compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
About You
- Previous experience in a Site Coordinator, Site Administrator, Office Administrator, Business Support or similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner.
- Experience maintaining records, reports and databases.
- SAP knowledge would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or renewable energy projects would be beneficial.
