This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to play a key role in supporting financial reporting across major defence programmes and future bid campaigns. The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, providing accurate financial information and ensuring compliance with key financial controls and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for:
- Processing and posting payroll journals
- Managing fixed asset controls and monitoring asset registers
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Managing intercompany invoicing activities
- Supporting the statutory audit process
- Producing and analysing foreign exchange (Forex) reporting
- Performing month-end accounting and reporting activities
