Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting a highly driven Supply Chain Operations Manager for a contract opportunity based in Warwick. This is a key role within a complex engineering environment where you will be brought in to solve delivery challenges, influence outcomes, and drive supplier performance across critical programmes.

As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will take ownership of supplier delivery, ensuring parts and components are manufactured, quality-checked, and delivered on time. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where you will challenge stakeholders, remove bottlenecks, and implement recovery plans to keep programmes on track. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and quality teams while also engaging directly with suppliers, often on-site, to drive results and accountability.

The successful Supply Chain Operations Manager will bring strong experience in supplier performance management within manufacturing or engineering environments. You'll be a confident influencer who can challenge both internal and external stakeholders, lead from the front, and deliver solutions under pressure.   • Warwick base with 25 - 75% UK travel (supplier visits essential)
  • 6-month initial contract with a view to becoming permanent (Inside IR35)
