About the Role

Looking for Package Repair Coordinator to join our Energy client and take ownership of the end-to-end overhaul of package equipment across our supply network. This role is key to ensuring critical equipment is restored, available for maintenance, and optimised for ongoing operational performance. You’ll work with larger capital equipment projects, manage vendor relationships, and help identify opportunities to increase the reuse of overhauled parts — making a direct impact on efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end overhaul of package equipment within the supply network
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Aftermarket Planning, Engineering, Finance, Warehousing, and Fault Reporting teams
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate with vendors to secure the most cost-effective and high-quality overhaul solutions
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to contract requirements
  • Review inspection reports and revised quotes, identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Support ad-hoc repair requests and breakdown activities within the service business
  • Attend supplier witness testing when required (occasional travel)
  • Review and approve final documentation prior to equipment dispatch

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience managing end-to-end equipment repairs or overhauls, including working with external vendors.
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating commercial terms
  • Engineering background or strong technical understanding (highly desirable)
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
