Join a Global Energy Leader. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator to join the Energy client - External Supplier Quality Team supporting the Small Gas Turbine business. This is a key role where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to ensure high-quality standards are maintained across critical components such as blades and vanes. You'll play a vital role in managing supplier quality processes, supporting performance tracking, and ensuring smooth communication across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Concessions: Manage and process supplier submissions, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution
- Reporting & Analytics: Produce KPI reports, track defect trends, and monitor supplier performance
- Team Coordination: Organise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and support cross-functional collaboration
- Corrective Actions: Track CAPA progress and ensure accurate updates within QMS/ERP systems
- Continuous Improvement: Support process improvements, reporting tools, and administrative efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in administration within engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality environments
- Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and ERP/QMS systems
- Confident communicator with both suppliers and internal technical teams
- Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and manage multiple priorities.
