Role Overview
- Inspect major hazard installations to ensure compliance with safety laws.
- Assess technical safety reports and identify risk gaps.
- Investigate incidents involving industrial control systems.

What we\’re looking for
We need experienced engineers who can combine technical expertise with strong communication and decision-making skills. You\’ll be confident in influencing at all levels and passionate about improving safety standards.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a technical engineering role.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to produce clear technical reports and present complex information.
- Experience in major hazard or COMAH environments.
- Full UK driving licence (or alternative arrangements for disabilities).
- Relevant degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Control Engineering.
- Chartered status (or eligibility) with IET or equivalent.
- Proven experience with process control and safety instrumented systems.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment in explosive atmospheres and relevant standards (e.g., BS EN 61511, BS EN 60079).
