Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed cost estimates across all project phases. Monitor budgets, track actuals, and report variances. Support procurement and vendor evaluations with cost insights. What We\’re Looking For: 8-15 years of experience in Cost Engineering, ideally in energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure.
