Join our dynamic Asset Information Team, where your expertise will directly support the Facilities Management of a diverse and expansive asset portfolio. We are looking for someone who is not just technically capable, but passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models that make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.
- Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and accessible to end users.
- Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.
- Develop content that aligns with company standards and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you have experience with:
- ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment
- ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices
- Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
- Drawing/document control and COBie data population
- AutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering
