Are you a skilled Revit or BIM Technician ready to take the next step in your career? Join our dynamic Asset Information Team, where your expertise will directly support the Facilities Management of a diverse and expansive asset portfolio.
We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically capable, but passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models that make a real impact.
As a Revit/BIM Technician, you’ll:
- Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.
- Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and accessible to end users.
- Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.
- Develop content that aligns with company standards and best practices.
Additional responsibilities include:
- ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment
- Drawing/document control and COBie data population
- AutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering
