Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and prepare engineering release packs, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for formal review.
- Maintain structured documentation, release registers, and document control standards (naming, versioning, storage).
- Liaise with stakeholders to obtain inputs, track progress, and resolve blockers.
- Support release governance by preparing meeting materials, capturing actions, and maintaining audit trails.
- Track actions through to closure, escalating risks and delays where required.
- Ensure release readiness by validating scope, documentation accuracy, configuration ownership, and risk visibility.
- Provide clear reporting on release status, risks, and overall progress.
- Essential: Strong organisational and coordination skills, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, experience managing structured documentation or datasets, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong follow-through.
- Desirable: Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments, knowledge of drawing control, configuration management, or release processes, experience supporting engineering or design teams, understanding of stage-gate or risk-based release processes.
