Location: RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire (100% onsite)

Contract: 6 month contract

Rate: £21.74 per hour PAYE / £29.07 per hour Umbrella

Hours: Standard working pattern: 35 hours per week, typically worked across 4.5 days between 07:00 and 19:00. Shift pattern: 5 days on, 4 days off rotation, 12-hour shifts covering days and nights, averaging 40.5 hours per week across the year.

IR35: Inside IR35

Clearance: BPSS+ required (arranged by our client)

About the Role

Our client is seeking Aircraft Data Maintenance Clerks to join a busy aviation support team based at RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented administrators with strong data management skills to support aircraft maintenance operations within a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Support Manager, the successful Aircraft Data Maintenance Clerks will play a vital role in maintaining accurate digital maintenance records and ensuring airworthiness data is correctly managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create component assets and link associated airworthiness data.
  • Accurately enter and maintain maintenance data within digital systems.
  • Review and verify maintenance records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of data entry procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital records to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and databases.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience using data entry software and record-keeping systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience managing tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within aerospace, aviation, or aircraft maintenance environments.
  • Knowledge of aviation maintenance records and airworthiness documentation.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience working within Maintenance Data Systems (MDS).
