We’re looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Construction Project Leader to spearhead CAPEX projects across design, engineering, and delivery. You’ll be the strategic force behind multi functional teams, ensuring every project lands on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of safety and compliance.
What Makes You Stand Out
- A strong construction savvy Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex projects
- SMSTS or CCNSG certification (advantageous)
- NEBOSH experience (highly useful)
- Ability to be on site when required
- Experience working client side
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Defence sector experience (preferred but not essential)
What You’ll Lead
As the Project Construction Leader, you’ll take ownership of CAPEX projects from the earliest feasibility stages through design, specification, delivery, and final handover. You’ll be the orchestrator of multi disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
