Belcan is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 6-month contract in Broughton, North Wales (Site Based). This role covers HR administration, advisory support, employee lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
Working with HR Business Partners, you will ensure policies and processes are delivered consistently, provide guidance, manage data in HR systems such as Workday and SAP, and support recruitment, performance, and absence management.
