Belcan are currently working with one of the industry leaders in the Aviation field, and they are currently searching for an Asset Lifecycle Manager to join them on a 12 month contract in Broughton.

They are looking for the following:

  • Defining Maintenance Strategy: Continually redefines the maintenance strategy understanding business focused maintenance, condition based maintenance to run to fail maintenance.
  • Condition Surveying: Oversees the physical inspections of assets to determine their remaining useful life.
  • Asset Data Analysis: Create reports to understand the data to support any asset changes whether replacement or change in maintenance.
  • Forward Maintenance Register (FMR): Record the relevant data required to generate and update annualised maintenance programmes, based on various forms of assessments.
  • Capex / Opex Replacement: Working with the site leads, maintain a 5 to 10 year plan of what needs replacing and when.
  • Handover Management: Ensures that when a new building is finished, all technical data is correctly inputted into the CAFM system.
  • Audit Support: Support any internal / External audits.

Profile:

  • Degree qualified in a data analytical subject.
  • Experienced in life cycle management.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Proven track record of implementing maintenance strategies e.g condition based maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and business focused maintenance.
  • Proficient in creating and analysing dashboard performance.
