We are currently supporting a leading aerospace organisation in securing an experienced Quality Conformance Engineer on a contract basis to support key quality and continuous improvement initiatives at their Filton site. The Role
Joining the Quality Conformance Team, you will play a critical role in analysing quality performance, driving improvement activities, and resolving complex quality issues across the plant. This position is ideally suited to someone who thrives in contract roles - able to quickly embed into teams, identify issues, and deliver measurable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse quality data sets to identify trends and drive Cost of Non-Quality reduction
- Lead and deliver Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) across the manufacturing environment
- Conduct investigations into complex technical and product quality issues
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques (8D, RCCA, 5 Whys) to drive root cause resolution
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams
- Implement and support use of quality tools (APQP, error-proofing, etc.)
