Our client is looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to join a dynamic People, Customer, Community and Business Improvement team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide vital support to senior leadership while helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive & Leadership Support
    • Manage complex calendars and schedules for a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, collate board packs, and arrange meeting logistics.
    • Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions through to completion.
  • People & Recruitment Administration
    • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
    • Assist with HR administration and employee-related processes.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications when required.
  • Customer Support Administration
    • Monitor shared inboxes and help direct customer enquiries to the appropriate teams.
    • Maintain accurate customer records and support CRM data integrity and reporting activities.
  • General Administration & Operations
    • Provide flexible administrative support across a range of business functions.
    • Assist with cross-functional projects and operational activities as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Desirable
  • Experience working within a busy, fast-paced or growing organisation.
