We're supporting a leading UK infrastructure organisation with the appointment of an experienced HR Manager to lead workforce planning and resourcing delivery across a major transformation programme.
This role is ideal for a senior HR or Resourcing professional with a background in recruitment who has progressed into workforce planning, HR delivery, or resourcing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage workforce and resourcing plans.
Partner with senior stakeholders to understand and address hiring and resource challenges.
Lead workforce planning activity across a large-scale organisational change programme.
Analyse HR and resourcing data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
Produce clear reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and Power Point.
Ensure delivery milestones are achieved through effective project management.
About You
Previous experience in an HR Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, Head of Resourcing, or similar role.
Strong project management and delivery planning skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Confident analysing and interpreting workforce data.
Advanced Excel skills with experience creating reports and dashboards.
Experience using Power BI and Power Point.
Public sector or infrastructure/construction experience would be advantageous.
