Building Information Modelling Manager – Hybrid Based at one of the following offices (hybrid): Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Blackpool, Glasgow.

Our client is seeking an experienced Building Information Modelling Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping digital delivery across a large and evolving estate portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Information Modelling Manager to lead on strategy, governance, and innovation—driving the creation of high-quality, structured asset data and embedding best practice across projects and operations.

As a Building Information Modelling Manager, you will sit at the centre of digital transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure information flows effectively from project delivery into long-term asset management.

Key Responsibilities You will lead the BIM strategy, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework, while developing and managing asset information standards such as AIRs and EIRs.

You’ll oversee BIM assurance processes, including model audits and quality checks, and ensure seamless integration of BIM outputs into CAFM/IWMS systems.

Alongside this, you will manage Common Data Environment (CDE) usage, mentor BIM professionals, drive stakeholder engagement, and support innovation initiatives including digital twin development.
