About the Role:

As an Assistant Information Controller, you will work closely with the Senior Information Controller to ensure the accurate, secure, and efficient management of all project documentation. You\'ll help maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), support stakeholders in accessing critical information, and contribute to the smooth delivery of the project across its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist in managing and maintaining the CDE in line with ISO 19650 and company standards.

·Support data validation, accuracy, and consistency across project documentation.

·Help train project teams in using the CDE effectively.

·Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders regarding information control.

·Ensure compliance with data security protocols and access controls.

What We\'re Looking For:

·Experience in the construction industry.

·Strong IT administration skills, especially with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

·Familiarity with CDEs or document management systems (desirable).

·Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
