Overview
In this role, you will support end-to-end project delivery by managing financials, reporting, and forecasting. You’ll work with project managers and engineers to keep projects on time and within budget, while ensuring data integrity and supporting audits. You’ll contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, dynamic project environment. This is an opportunity to grow in project controls within a multinational engineering context.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and close projects within the ERP system
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, and project performance
- Produce and analyse project reports, KPIs, and financial data
- Support invoicing, cost reconciliation, and payment tracking
- Identify risks, budget deviations, and support change control activities
- Prepare accurate reporting for customer and internal reviews
- Maintain project data integrity and assist with audit requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Key requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in Project Controls, Project Coordination, or a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas and pivot tables)
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance
