Belcan is expanding its engineering team in Glasgow and is looking for a talented Product Definition Engineers (PDE) or Component Design Engineers to join us on a permanent basis.
You'll become part of a highly experienced team that delivers world-class engineering solutions for some of the most advanced gas turbine programmes in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing As a Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in the development of innovative gas turbine components and subsystems, working on cutting-edge engine programmes.
Your responsibilities will include: Creating detailed component and subsystem designs for advanced gas turbine engines.
Supporting design release activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Working through gated design review processes and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Translating technical requirements into practical engineering solutions.
Using industry-leading design tools including Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
Contributing to challenging projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
