Belcan Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Construction Coordinator to contribute to the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of mechanical work scopes within a complex industrial environment.
In this role, you will take ownership of work execution, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with strict safety, environmental and operational standards. You will coordinate closely with contractors and internal stakeholders to manage performance, resolve issues and drive improvements in productivity and quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and validating plans and schedules
- Managing resources and materials
- Overseeing QA/QC processes
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures and cost controls
We are looking for candidates with a strong technical background and proven experience within oil & gas, engineering, or EPC contracting environments. You will bring excellent communication skills, the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, and a track record in execution, project coordination, or site-based engineering roles.
