PMO Analyst

Location: Gloucester This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO Analyst to join a Systems Integration & Test team on a maternity cover contract.

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented project professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced engineering environment and supporting the successful delivery of complex projects.

As PMO Analyst, you will work closely with Engineering Group Leaders, providing project management support across planning, cost control, reporting, governance and communications.

You will play a key role in ensuring project management best practices are consistently applied while maintaining high-quality project data and delivering meaningful insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Support the deployment and continuous improvement of project management processes, policies and procedures within the SI&T function.

Partner with Engineering Group Leaders to drive effective project planning, governance and reporting activities.

Ensure project data quality, consistency and accuracy within project management systems.

Produce regular reports and dashboards to support departmental reviews and informed decision-making.

Analyse budgets, forecast costs, resource capacity and project deliverables to support successful project execution.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.

About You We're looking for someone who combines strong project management experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years' experience within a Project Management (PMO) or project controls environment.

Experience working in the aerospace sector or a similar engineering-based industry.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Project.

Experience applying PRINCE2 principles and processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
