Role Overview - A Mission of Transformation

As our HR Transformation Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind a suite of high-impact initiatives, including the full implementation of MyPulse, a new Time & Attendance solution, and the decommissioning of legacy systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- MyPulse Implementation - Act as the local 'business owner' for the full rollout of MyPulse, with a strong focus on Compensation and HCM modules.
- Time & Attendance Transformation - Lead the setup of a new clocking system across multiple sites, coordinating with Facilities, IM/IT, and Security to ensure flawless deployment.
- Legacy System Decommissioning - Oversee the retirement of the current T&A system, including historical data migration and change management.
- Strategic Planning & Governance - Define goals, deliverables, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with national and global HR standards.
- Global Collaboration - Serve as the key link between UK HR teams and international Centres of Expertise.
- Reporting Excellence - Own local reporting within MyPulse and standard payroll run-mode reporting (e.g., attendance hours).
- Change Leadership - Partner with Communications to deliver clear, engaging change messaging for employees, managers, and HR colleagues.
Essential Criteria
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field.
- Proven project management capability, ideally within HR.
- Understanding of Time & Attendance processes and their payroll impact.
- Ability to define and validate roles, collaborating with global teams.
- Strong communication skills to manage expectations and deliver stakeholder updates.
- Experience building detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and mitigating risks.
- Background in change management and HRIS adoption (MyPulse, MyHR).
- Experience acting as the local focal point for HRIS implementations and reporting.
Desirable Experience
- CIPD Level 7
- Hands-on experience implementing MyPulse (Compensation & HCM modules).
- Experience decommissioning legacy T&A systems, including data migration.
- Familiarity with deploying new clocking systems across multi-site manufacturing environments.
