The organisation is seeking a proactive, detail-driven EHS Administrator to support its Environment, Health & Safety team during a period of significant operational transition. This role plays a vital part in keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly, enabling technical specialists to focus on critical safety investigations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Operational & Safety Support
- Coordinates visitor PPE and site access.
- Manages the inventory, distribution, and exchange of employee workwear.
- Data Management
- Produces weekly FR1 data and monthly waste reports.
- Maintains accurate employee contact records to support effective communication.
- Financial Administration
- Raises Purchase Orders and tracks departmental expenditure to support budget control.
- Logistics
- Oversees office space allocations.
- Arranges travel for new starters to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Assists in preparing Operational Wing performance packs.
- Compiles documentation required for submission to regulatory bodies.
- Training Coordination
- Tracks departmental training requirements and ensures staff remain compliant with safety standards.
- Team Support
- Provides administrative cover for Occupational Health during periods of holiday or sickness.
- Adapts to evolving operational needs as required.
