Our client, a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a Skilled Aircraft Fitter to join their dynamic team at the historic Filton site. This is your chance to contribute to the production of world-class aircraft.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assembling aircraft components to exacting standards
- Interpreting engineering drawings and instructions
- Using hand and power tools for drilling, shimming, and sealing
- Working in confined spaces and at heights
- Certifying your own work after training
What We're Looking For:
- Completed apprenticeship in an engineering discipline (e.g., aircraft technician, sheet metal worker, toolmaker)
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 or equivalent in engineering
- Experience in fitting or assembly roles
- Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
- Strong commitment to health & safety
