Requirements
- Java Core 8
- Spring Boot and Spring Framework experience
- Good knowledge of developing in Spring with Hibernate
- Good knowledge of developing REST within HTTPS
- Experience developing within a microservice architecture
- Experience with web services using RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Knowledge and use of software design patterns
- Experience with agile development processes
- Experience with CI/CD delivery techniques
- Source code management experience using Git
- Experience using issue tracking systems such as Jira
- UML/Sys ML experience using Enterprise Architect or similar tools
- Ability to self-motivate and work well within a team environment

Responsibilities
- Join a 7-member scrum team within a wider program delivering a management system for a new satellite
- Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and testing
- Design software solutions, particularly using UML
- Develop software, particularly using Java technologies
- Test features and support automated testing activities
- Work within an agile Scrum environment
- Help design, implement, and test features for a new product development
- Estimate tasks in line with sprint planning
