What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day technical support directly on the production line, resolving issues such as missing parts, non-conformities, concessions, DQNs, tooling needs, and outstanding work.
- Manage work orders, identify recurring problems, and escalate more complex matters to specialist teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, helping eliminate waste, refine processes, support tooling updates, and ensure quality.
