Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture
- Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM modelling best practice
- Strong working knowledge of drawing and document control
- Strong working knowledge of COBie
- Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be beneficial
- Experience or knowledge of DiRoots would be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Create and edit client model information using Revit
- Create and maintain BIM models, including developing, updating, and managing accurate model information
- Ensure all new and revised information is issued correctly to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and is accessible to users
- Carry out surveying and validation activities to confirm the accuracy of existing and newly acquired asset information
- Produce model content in line with company standards and best practice
- Support the quality, reliability, and usability of asset information for Facilities Management purposes
