Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP
  • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Forma
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM modelling best practice
  • Strong working knowledge of drawing and document control
  • Strong working knowledge of COBie
  • Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering
  • Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be beneficial
  • Experience or knowledge of DiRoots would be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit client model information using Revit
  • Create and maintain BIM models, including developing, updating, and managing accurate model information
  • Ensure all new and revised information is issued correctly to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and is accessible to users
  • Carry out surveying and validation activities to confirm the accuracy of existing and newly acquired asset information
  • Produce model content in line with company standards and best practice
  • Support the quality, reliability, and usability of asset information for Facilities Management purposes
