Role Overview
As a Territory Manager supporting our client's business, you are responsible for executing sales plans, managing in‐store engagement, and growing product sales across multiple locations in your assigned territory. Your end‐use customers include:
- DIY consumers
- Multi‐family maintenance teams
- Facilities maintenance
- Residential repaint contractors
- Hospitality & government accounts
You report to the Regional Manager and operate onsite within the assigned geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Territory Management: Develop and execute sales growth plans in collaboration with store leadership. Engage with customers and store associates to identify opportunities to introduce clients/products.
- Customer & Account Management: Manage a portfolio of Pro Managed Accounts, driving organic growth and new customer acquisition. Increase sales performance using clients CRM tools to track and grow PRO customer accounts.
- Merchandising & In‐Store Execution: Identify and secure premium merchandising opportunities such as: Wing stacks, Bulk stacks, End caps, Stack‐outs. Maintain color centers and conduct shelf resets during product line reviews. Ensure the automatic replenishment system maintains accurate inventory levels.
- Business Planning & Reporting: Analyze territory sales performance reports. Develop strategic business plans to support ongoing sales growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience, coursework, or internships can count toward the 1‐year experience requirement).
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to work a 50‐hour work week (base salary + overtime).
- Strong communication and customer‐facing skills.
