This role is ideal for a senior HR or Resourcing professional with a background in recruitment who has progressed into workforce planning, HR delivery, or resourcing leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage workforce and resourcing plans. Partner with senior stakeholders to understand and address hiring and resource challenges. Lead workforce planning activity across a large-scale organisational change programme. Analyse HR and resourcing data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities. Produce clear reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Ensure delivery milestones are achieved through effective project management.
