Belcan Engineering Services is hiring on an Inside IR35 basis - 12 month Contract. Catia V5 Design - Hybrid working - Filton, Bristol BS34.

As a Senior Design Engineer, you will join a long-term repair and modification programme, supporting the development and definition of wing structural design solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stress, design, and project teams to deliver high-quality CAD models and drawings (Catia V5) in support of ongoing repair activities.

What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Design Engineer?

  • Creating, updating, and maintaining parametric 3D models in Catia V5
  • Producing accurate 2D detail and installation drawings
  • Interpreting Airbus stress analysis data and project requirements to develop design solutions
  • Managing interfaces between wing structural components and systems
  • Considering manufacturing and installation constraints within design outputs
  • Contributing to structural repair design activities
