We're supporting a leading UK infrastructure organisation with the appointment of an experienced HR Manager to lead workforce planning and resourcing delivery across a major transformation programme.
This role is ideal for a senior HR or Resourcing professional with a background in recruitment who has progressed into workforce planning, HR delivery, or resourcing leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage workforce and resourcing plans.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand and address hiring and resource challenges.
- Lead workforce planning activity across a large-scale organisational change programme.
- Analyse HR and resourcing data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Produce clear reports and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved through effective project management.
About You
- Previous experience in an HR Manager, Workforce Planning Manager, Head of Resourcing, or similar role.
- Strong project management and delivery planning skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Confident analysing and interpreting workforce data.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Experience using Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Public sector or infrastructure/construction experience would be advantageous.
