We're hiring for a Supply Officer (or Supply Chain Coordinator) position based in Belfast, supporting a leading aerospace and advanced engineering client.

You'll play a key role in ensuring supplier performance, supply continuity and operational excellence across a global supply network.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Officer, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of suppliers, managing day-to-day supply chain activities while driving supplier performance and supporting business objectives.

You'll be responsible for demand and forecast control, identifying and mitigating supply risks, managing order books and MRP data, and leading supplier recovery activities where required.

The role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, procurement teams, and quality functions to ensure effective supply chain performance.

You'll also contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives, utilise digital tools to support decision-making, and help optimise procured goods stock across the business.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong experience within Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering.
  • Experience working with MRP systems and SAP within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage supplier performance and resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Experience working with digital tools and data-driven decision-making.

Desirable

  • Google Workspace experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • LEAN methodology knowledge.
  • Experience supporting international or transnational supply chain operations.

Benefits

  • £29.00 per hour Umbrella / £21.91 per hour PAYE
  • 36-hour working week across 4.5 days
  • Paid overtime over 35 hours (25% uplift Monday-Friday, 50% uplift Saturday-Sunday)
