- We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded
Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of premium foodservice customers – ranging from restaurants and hotels to contract caterers and wholesalers.
You’ll also support and guide a small team of Account Managers, helping drive performance and build strong customer relationships.

What the day job looks like
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value accounts across London’s best hotels, restaurants and hospitality operators.
- Lead and mentor a small team of account managers – guiding their development and driving a high‑performance culture.
- Be the go‑to expert for our products, helping customers discover the best of our range.
- Build and deliver a focused sales strategy to strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.
- Represent Belazu at industry events, tastings, and trade shows.
- Use CRM and sales tools to track performance, forecast accurately, and manage your pipeline.
- Work cross‑functionally with ops, marketing and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Champion Belazu’s values of people, community and planet in everything you do.
This role will suit you if
- You have solid sales or account management experience in the food industry – ideally within foodservice, premium hospitality, or food & beverage (F&B).
- You’ve previously managed or coached others and enjoy seeing your team succeed.
- You’re a natural relationship‑builder who thrives in customer‑facing roles.
- You’re proactive, organised and thrive in fast‑paced, high‑standard environments.
- You know your way around CRM tools, Excel and digital pipelines.
- You’re passionate about great ingredients and care about sustainability, culture and purpose.
