The Opportunity: As Head of Fund Operations, you’ll lead our multi‑jurisdictional Fund Operations function, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services while helping us build a more efficient, scalable and future‑focused operating model. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategy, leading transformation initiatives and developing a culture of excellence across the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading People: Inspiring and developing high‑performing teams across multiple jurisdictions. Creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Coaching future leaders and supporting the continued growth of the business.
• Driving Operational Excellence: Overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting and operational service delivery. Ensuring robust governance, risk management and control frameworks. Delivering exceptional service standards for clients and stakeholders.
• Transforming the Future: Leading operational transformation and strategic change initiatives. Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance efficiency. Leveraging technology, automation and AI to strengthen service delivery and operational resilience. Building scalable solutions that support long‑term growth.
• Influencing Strategy: Contributing to business strategy and Board‑level discussions. Partnering with colleagues across the Group to support growth and innovation. Helping to shape the future direction of Fund Administration at Belasko.

What We’re Looking For: We’re less interested in how long you’ve held a particular title and more interested in the impact you’ve made. You might already be operating at Head of level, or you may be an ambitious senior manager ready for the next step. What matters most is that you:

• Are a self‑starter who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes.
• Have strong operational experience within fund administration, fund accounting, asset servicing or a related environment.
• Are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Enjoy improving processes, challenging the status‑quo and finding better ways of working.
• Have a collaborative leadership style and can build credibility at all levels.
• Are energised by change, growth and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
