Bela Recruitment is hiring a Sales Manager to work from Lisburn, Co. Down, Northern Ireland.

This business is a specialist construction services and hire business. They have a long history of servicing customers across Ireland, with specialist products and services. They have strong technical knowledge and solutions to meet complex customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

You will be an experienced Sales Manager / Rep, with proven ability to drive growth in this specialist business, with strong knowledge of construction, civil engineering, construction rental or piling type background. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing current key contractor and hire accounts, and promoting technically compliant support solutions across infrastructure, utilities, and groundworks projects. The job includes leading sales activity in your region and working closely with engineering and operations teams to support projects from enquiry through delivery.

  • Grow sales of support and shoring systems.
  • Develop and manage key contractor relationships.
  • Identify new project and market opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and deliver profitable growth.
  • Provide technical sales support and project input.
  • Lead and motivate sales activity (small NI team).

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in construction, civils, infrastructure or equipment rental.
  • Strong knowledge of trench support, shoring, or temporary works equipment.
  • Commercially focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer focused.
  • Full driving licence.
