Bela Recruitment is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer / Technician to work in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland. This office-based role will support a business with a variety of IT functions including diagnosing issues, problem-solving hardware, software and network problems, setting up new users, performing system updates and providing overall technical support.
Responsibilities
- Support the business with all IT matters.
- Provide IT support to all staff β diagnosing IT issues and problem solving.
- Ensuring tickets are responded to and resolved in a professional manner within agreed SLAs.
- Assist with testing new developments and systems within the company.
- Assist with setting up, maintaining, or moving IT hardware as and when required.
- Ensure users comply with ISO27001 Information Security tasks and processes.
- Updating training materials, producing user friendly documentation, inventory control, and asset tracking.
Requirements
- You will ideally have an IT Degree OR an IT-related subject qualification with 2 years experience in an IT support role.
- Will work onsite 5 days per week (39 hours).
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have own transport for getting to and from work and other local sites.
- Good problem-solving skills, communication skills and team player.
- You MUST already be living within a reasonable distance to Dungannon, Northern Ireland, can drive and have your own car.
- No visa sponsorship or time-restricted visas accepted.
- CVs from outside Northern Ireland will be deleted.
