The Job
You’ll lead the delivery of smart digital and tech projects that improve production and operational efficiency — working with systems like ERP, MES, SCADA, and more. A key part of this role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful, on-time project delivery aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver digital transformation projects across the business
- Lead discovery phases and facilitate workshops to define requirements
- Oversee project scope, resources, timelines, and budgets
- Support the rollout of ERP, MES, SCADA, and quality systems
- Ensure traceability, compliance, and sustainability standards are met
- Report on progress, risks, and return on investment to senior stakeholders
- Champion stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption of new systems
Requirements
- Strong experience managing tech or digital transformation projects
- Skilled with tools like Jira, Smartsheets, or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Passionate about innovation, tech, and continuous improvement
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications
- Background in IT, engineering, or production
- Familiarity with compliance in food manufacturing (BRC, HACCP)
- Experience with smart factory systems and Business Central ERP
