Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Trainee Sales Manager (Graduate) based in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
You must already be living in Northern Ireland, and can drive.

Responsibilities:
- You will be an outgoing, energetic person, having great people skills and ability to close deals.
- This is a fast-paced job, where no two days will be the same; you’ll need to think on your feet, be confident to conduct cold calls and professionally pitch to potential clients.
- You will ensure sales targets are met, by hosting sales meetings, discussing products and service updates to clients and reporting on activity to your line manager.
- You will learn the sales functions by observing other sales reps who secure new business.
- Maintain & develop customer relationships with existing clients.
- Assist customers by providing product info, suitability and pricing.
- Provide customer service & support online. Make accurate calculations on products.
- Learn products and supplier’s products, to best match customer needs.
- Travel is required to client sites, sometimes at short notice, to present or collect measurements.
- The successful person with the right attitude can be fast tracked into a Junior Management role.
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to Degree level, but will also consider A-Level, with some industry experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication and numerical skills.
- Strong time management and workload management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have full driving license, good IT skills including Word & Excel.
