The Company
This business specialises in providing custom storage solutions, with a wide network of existing customers spanning office settings, large scale retail, factories, and manufacturing. The products could be sold to almost all companies and public sector looking for storage solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively source and develop business opportunities with both new and existing customers through various methods including cold calling, networking, referrals, company expansions, and relocations.
- Seek new business opportunities in dormant accounts.
- Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, email, and in person, in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and attend customer appointments to assess sales opportunities.
- Accurately survey, measure, and plan projects as per customer requirements and make recommendations of the best product to suit their needs.
- Demonstrate and present company products and services to customers.
- Provide quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close quality sales to meet sales targets.
- Ensure customer retention and growth.
