Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the procurement database, updating and ensuring deliveries stay on track.
- Spotting any potential issues with orders around lead time/delivery and notifying the correct colleagues.
- Gathering information from the database to share with colleagues on stock levels.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing.
Requirements:
- Previous purchasing, buying, or supply chain experience.
- Experience raising purchasing orders, invoice resolution, and getting quotes for orders.
- Good experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
